The aforementioned policies and procedures aim to protect the information entrusted to us, with our intention being to collect exclusively that information which has been voluntarily supplied by our Clients, Suppliers, Employees, Former Employees, and Visitors, and other natural persons for specific purposes previously informed.

Representaciones Gaffel S.A.S., as the responsible party and/or in charge of the personal and/or corporate data information supplied by their respective data subjects, in compliance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other complementary regulations that develop the constitutional right that all persons have to know, update, and rectify all types of personal data collected about them in databases or files, which makes them susceptible to treatment by public or private entities, respectfully addresses you with the purpose of obtaining your authorization for the processing of your personal data, understanding that this is granted freely, previously, expressly, voluntarily, and duly informed, allowing administrative, commercial, and operational departments to collect, store, and use the data that has been supplied by you and incorporated into the organization's various databases.

Estos datos serán utilizados en el desarrollo de las funciones propias de Representaciones Gaffel S.A.S para el desarrollo de su objeto social, además de facilitar la comunicación con usted de manera confidencial y eficiente para proporcionarle información de interés sobre nuestros servicios, ofertas, alianzas, boletines, contenidos, eventos, gestión administrativa, gestión de cobros, seguimientos de procesos, entre otros. Esta información suministrada podrá ser compartida entre dependencias internas de Representaciones Gaffel S.A.S. pero bajo ninguna circunstancia se comercializará.
