Our policies and procedures are based on the current regulatory framework for the protection of personal data, which is primarily developed by Law 1581 of 2012. The aforementioned policies and procedures aim to protect the information entrusted to us, with our intention being to collect exclusively that information which has been voluntarily supplied by our Clients, Suppliers, Employees, Former Employees, and Visitors, and other natural persons for specific purposes previously informed.

Therefore, the Company, whose principal domicile is in the city of Medellín (Colombia), hereby informs you that:

Representaciones Gaffel S.A.S., as the responsible party and/or in charge of the personal and/or corporate data information supplied by their respective data subjects, in compliance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other complementary regulations that develop the constitutional right that all persons have to know, update, and rectify all types of personal data collected about them in databases or files, which makes them susceptible to treatment by public or private entities, respectfully addresses you with the purpose of obtaining your authorization for the processing of your personal data, understanding that this is granted freely, previously, expressly, voluntarily, and duly informed, allowing administrative, commercial, and operational departments to collect, store, and use the data that has been supplied by you and incorporated into the organization's various databases.

Estos datos serán utilizados en el desarrollo de las funciones propias de Representaciones Gaffel S.A.S para el desarrollo de su objeto social, además de facilitar la comunicación con usted de manera confidencial y eficiente para proporcionarle información de interés sobre nuestros servicios, ofertas, alianzas, boletines, contenidos, eventos, gestión administrativa, gestión de cobros, seguimientos de procesos, entre otros. Esta información suministrada podrá ser compartida entre dependencias internas de Representaciones Gaffel S.A.S. pero bajo ninguna circunstancia se comercializará. Para autorizar expresamente el tratamiento de sus datos personales y/o corporativos, lo invitamos diligenciar el formulario a continuación dispuesto para tal fin o a firmar el documento anexo y enviarlo de manera electrónica a gaffel@gaffel.co o de manera física a la Cra. 50 #50-14, piso 12 Medellín-Antioquia. El suministro de datos personales de manera voluntaria a la Compañía para un fin determinable, siendo posterior al recibo o conocimiento de este aviso de privacidad se considera como una conducta inequívoca que autoriza a la Compañía para el tratamiento de datos de conformidad con el artículo séptimo del Decreto 1377 del año 2013, sin perjuicio de poder solicitarse previamente la autorización por escrito.
