Felipe Bayón, former president of Ecopetrol, faced this question from his son upon hearing the news that the US Soccer Federation had to pay the same salary to its women's players as to its men's players: "Dad, can you guarantee that this won't happen at Ecopetrol and that women do earn the same as men when they have the same job?"
Bayón is part of the group of men who founded 'Project H', an initiative of the Center for Corporate Governance Studies, of the College of Advanced Administration Studies (CESA), which began with the publication of the book Male Leadership for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
